Get up and Went… Blender Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana ( other fruit of your choice )
  • 1 scoop protein powder ( flavor of your choice )
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter ( any other nut butter of your choice )
  • 1 cup almond milk ( or liquid of your choice ) + or – liquid to acheive desired consistency
  • 1/8 cup ground dry Steel Cut Oats Plus
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  • place all ingreidents in the blender and blend. Drink and enjoy your day.
